Job Description

-Attend & resolve customer queries on call
-Inbound /  Outbound calling
-Create weekly/monthly report

Min.  6 months of experience
Rotational shift -  any 9 hour from 8 AM to 8 PM
No cabs
6 days working
6 offs in a month
Rotational off

Candidate Profile
•Graduate from any institute
•Good communication skills – English, Hindi
