Handling DSA and responsible for getting business through them.
Dealing with Business loans Clients easily and can manage to travel.
Product Training of DSA employees from time to time.
Increasing business Portfolio of bank at assigned Channels by providing good Services
Empanelment of new Channels
Delivering timely disbursement of customers loan within TAT by effectively coordinating with Credit and Operations team
Managing the sourcing till disbursals, achieving set sales target & Handling customer escalations and resolving queries.
Ability to plan and manage follow-ups.
Ability to work under stress and to meet challenging sales targets
Agreeable accent and choice of vocabulary.
Generate revenue and make a huge impact in companies' growth by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning services in the market;
Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities;
Manage the BD report on day to day basis & send daily performance report to Business Development Manager;
Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Required Candidate profile
3-4 years of proven experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in B2C environment;
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills, Lead Generating skills and convincing power;
Proficient with MS Office;
CRM / Phone Technology experience preferred.
Salary : 14000-22000k
