Job Description

Responsible for handling corporate sales, institutional sales, consulting, outsourcing and training sales both in corporate level and individual level as per the action plan of the company. Have to handle lead generations in terms of client acquisitions and management of client relationships. Have to handle and gather or generate lead in terms of getting requirement from the corporate in terms of corporate recruitment ,consulting ,outsourcing ,training needs and coordinating with other team to fulfill those requirements for the clients and setting up institutional help desk in the academic institutions as employment help desk Responsible for handling personalized support services in both individual and academic institutions in terms of employment support. have to handle the branch development and expansion in Pan India level and back end support for those franchises/branches in terms of consulting ,outsourcing ,training requirements as per the cold calling and guidelines generation of franchises partners , consultants partners ,trainers, Business development sales personnel’s for specified training in local markets as per the action plan of the company o Generate leads/potentials for providing the personalized support services like HR consulting , HR outsourcing , HR training o visiting the client location and gather the client’s requirement ,Administer, direct, and review employment programs.
