PHP Developer - CodeIgniter

Develop, record and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications using Code Igniter & Restful Framework

Development of internal portals using PHP, HTML, CSS, JS & JQuery

Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools

Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API

Lead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support

Refactor, optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale

Use test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality

Responsibilities and Duties

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Integration of data storage solutions in Mysql

Integration with RFID hardware

Integration & Troubleshoot API

Hosting with AWS

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years experience

BE/BTech/BSc in CE/IT

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks

Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP

Understanding of MVC design patterns

Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming

Understanding accessibility and security compliance, encryption SHA256 etc..

Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
