Business Development Officer

JOB responsibilities : 

- Understand the skills and expertise and the products of the company thoroughly. 

- Understand the requirements of the customers and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization. 

- Visualize and evolve newer applications and project to the prospective customer. 

- Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for such a product. 

- Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the products and services. 

- Business Development (100% back office job) 

- Understanding clients needs 

- Acquisition and retention of clients

- Good Communication 

- Fluent in English 

- Confident, smart and aggressive 

- Excellent at client handling and servicing.
