Job Responsibilities:

Should be capable of handling end to end recruitment cycle. 

Should have good skills to take care of sourcing, screening, short listing, head hunting, referencing,

Job portal handling etc . 

Effective coordination with candidates through mail and phone.

Capable of close monitoring & maintaining regular follow up for the offers, joining and closures. 

Maintaining MIS and submitting daily status report & updating at the end of the day about the requirements served and the status. 

Have experience in handling independent responsibility of the positions assigned.

Achieving the monthly revenue targets assigned. 

Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach. 

Sense of responsibility and integrity.
