Selection Search is offering three internships aimed at different schools of management: Business Development Internship, Recruiter Internship and Analyst Internship.

Analyst Internship Responsibilities:

• Create and refine job descriptions for various positions • Assist team in formulating selection criteria for each available position. • Create ads to be put on various job portals. • Identify the CVs that are relevant to positions. • Review and screen applications of prospective candidates. • Shortlist CVs to find the best fit candidates as per the selection criteria designed.
