SEO Executive / SEO Analyst

1. Experience in Creating Quality backlinks: Social Bookmarking, Business Listings, Classified Ads, Forum Participation, Guest Blogging, Relationship-based Link Building, Skyscraper Technique, and Broken Link Building.

2. Should have strong knowledge of robots.txt, sitemaps (HTML & XML), canonical issues, redirections, AMP, content creation, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions.

3. Performing site specific keyword research, competitive analysis and detailed technical analysis of the company's website/s to ensure the health of the website in the online space.

4. Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, Moz, Wordtracker, Keyword Discovery etc).

5. On-page knowledge: Alt tags, Title tag, Anchor text, Meta Description, Meta Keywords, Image Optimization, Content Optimization, HTML Validation as per w3.org standards. Etc.

6. Follow SEO trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices.

7. Paying particular attention to any significant Google algorithmic changes.

8. One to two years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization.

9. Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:-

1. Participate in industry-related group discussions, online forums, and targeting the audience effectively.

2. Tracking, & troubleshooting ranking related issues and building SEO reports.

3. Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of our competitors.

4. Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement.

5. Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page.

6. Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.

7. Ensure that work is completed in time and at a high standard of quality.
