Selection Search Internship program has been designed to provide relevant industry experience to students and graduates looking for a career in management and recruitment. Selection Search is offering three internships aimed at different schools of management: Business Development Internship, Recruiter Internship and Analyst Internship.

Selection Search is a boutique talent search company which caters to the educational industry. The company has been in operations for 8 years and in this time period has partnered with a host of highly reputed clients both.

Recruiter Internship Responsibilities:

• Review and screen applications of prospective candidates. • Schedule virtual or telephonic interviews. • Help team formulate selection criteria for each available position. • Conduct first round of interviews (virtual or over phone) and mark candidate as per the selection criteria. • Manage the documentation and disposition of candidates in a tracking system • Pass on suitable candidates to senior members of the team for further rounds of interview.
