Job Description
Being a technical support/helpdesk employee, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the computer systems and networks within the company. You will be the prior contact person who will take care of technical issues or occurring changes including forgotten passwords, viruses, email issues, etc.
You work will comprise installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and solving technical problems. These tasks have to done either over the phone calls or in person. Since, your technical support is essential for the constant operational efficiency of the company, the candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Some of your job responsibilities are:
• Working with customers/employees to detect computer problems and suggesting some suitable solution.
• Keeping logging records of customers’/employees’ queries
• Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
• Updating self-help documents for customers/employees so that they can try to fix problems themselves
SALARY UPTO: 40,000 + incentives /per month
