Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Reviewing resumes and applications.

-Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process

-Helping Shriresume.com customers in resume making on chat, email or phone.

-Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance

-Assisting senior HR

-Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

-Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal

-Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing

-Conducting the first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews

-Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.

COMMUNICATION EFFECTIVENESS:

-Conveys goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner

-Listens effectively and clarifies information as needed

-Interprets verbal and non-verbal messages that others communicate

-Produces clear status reports

-Communicates tactfully and candidly

-Ensures that project status, issues, and successes are communicated to the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and all levels of management and documented appropriately.
