Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Travel Specialist assist clients in making travel arrangement for both business and holiday purposes. They help provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need.

·       Responsible for generating revenue for the company.

·       Coordinating with operations team.

·       Providing excellent customer service experiences

·       Create bookings / reservations for customers

Desired Skills and Experience:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must

·       Have passion for Sales and customer service is must

·       Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint

·       Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred but not a constraint

·       Must have knowledge of world geography, hotels & airport preferred but not a constraint

·       Candidates from travel / Airlines / Hospitality industry will be preferred but not a constraint
