HR Recruiter (IT-Non IT)

Position : HR Recruiter (IT-Non IT)

Experience: 1-5 Years

Salary- Depend on last drawn salary (Hike 15-20 %)

Immediate joiner will be preferred.

Job Role:

Sourcing profiles from job portals and social/professional networking sites as well.

Screening them and sending further to the clients for short listing.

Lining up the screened candidates for interview.

Coordination with candidates, also if required with client as well.

Developing recruitment pipeline for target completion/achievements.

Generating daily reports.

Conduct regular follow-up with Seniors/BDM(s) to determine the effectiveness of work.

Post opening on various job sites.

Belief in teamwork, accountability and a healthy relationship. 

Ability to learn quickly, adapt and implement the Firms policies efficiently

Qualification: Should be graduate/MBA preferred
