IT Training Coordinator

Profile:- IT Training Cordinator 

We are looking for candidate who has IT background, Candidate with B.Tech in IT or CS or similar IT expereince would be higlhly prefered. 

Fluency in Engish is Must, Good communication Skills, Certificataion in IT technology is prefrested like Redhat, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware

Roles and Resposibilites, 
1. Candidate will be stationed in IT training Institue, Will have to cordinate with IT customers and vendors. 
2. Candidate is required to handle technical queries along with day to operational tasks.  
3. Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
4. Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
5. Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
6. Act as link between end users and higher level support
7. Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
8. Monitor system and network performance
9. Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
10. Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
11. Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
