HR Executive (Recruitment)

Below is the Brief Job Description of the Profile we are searching for:-

Screening resumes from job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn). 
Coordination & follow up with clients for requirements

- End to End Recruitment- Carrying out end to end recruitment process for clients starting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers

- Sourcing -From portals & Resourcing talent through networking, cold calling, referrals, internal database and internet sources for various clients

- Analyze CVs -Gauge its capabilities, strengths and limitations and short listing the ones that have qualifying credentials
