General Purpose

B2C and B2B customer Interaction. Inbound/Outbound Calls to retail customers having a requirement of Home Loan/Personal Loan/Credit Card. Contact businesses and individuals by telephone or personal visit to promote the company and empanel Experts (Loan Experts), receive orders, gather information, verify details etc.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products and services of the company

Explain the product or service to potential customers

Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer as well as Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals

Handle customer questions and obtain customer information including names and addresses

Maintain MIS and other documentary details as required

Manage field sales representatives and Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements

Education and Experience

Product knowledge of Home Loans OR Personal Loans OR Credit Cards OR Any other Financial products. Commerce background preferred.

Should have Good Comm. Skills & Convincing Power. Fluency in English Speaking is preferred

Should have prior experience in B2B Calling OR Tele Sales OR for Inbound & Outbound calling.

Proficiency in relevant computer applications
