Walk - In Interview for the below mentioned processes

Walk-In dates: 20 th to 25th August-2018 (Monday to Saturday)


1) - INTERNATIONAL CHAT PROCESS- 

Designation : Customer Service Executive/Sr. CSE
Shifts : US (Majority Night)
Week Off : 2 (Rotational)
Salary : Upto 350000/- LPA 
Education : Any Graduate or above.
Work Experience : Minimum of 6 months International Chat/ Blended experience.

Eligibility Criteria :-
* Good Typing Skills ( 30 wpm with 90% accuracy).
* Good command in verbal and written English.
* Any graduate with min 6 months of experience in a live Chat campaign is eligible for this opening.
* Excellent written communication skills
* Good comprehension and correct grammar skills 
* Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.

2) DOMESTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE -
Designation: Customer Support Executive
Salary - up to 300000/- LPA
Shifts - 24*7 (Majority Day) 
Week off: 2 (Rotational)

Eligibility Criteria -
1)- Any graduate or above can apply!
2)-Average Spoken English required.
3)-Must be comfortable with Hindi language.
4)-Fresher or experienced, both can apply.

3) INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE (VOICE) -

Designation : Customer Support Executive
Salary - up to 350000 LPA
Shifts - 24*7 (Majority Night)
Week off : 2 (Rotational)

Eligibility Criteria - 
1)-Only Graduates or above can apply.
2)-Fresher or experienced, both are welcome.
3)-Excellent spoken English skills required.
4)-Must be comfortable working in 24*7 shifts (Night Shifts).

4)- COLLECTIONS PROCESS :

Designation : Collection Specialist / Collection Expert
Shift :- Australian Shifts (Early Morning Shifts)
Salary up to 400000/-LPA
Eligibility Criteria: -
*Any UG/Any Non tech graduates are welcome.
*Min. 6 months of exp. is required in 1st or 3rd party collections process.
*1st party or 3rd party collection experience preferable.

Skills Required :-
*1st party or 3rd party collection experience required.
*Knowledge of Computer Peripherals/Operating System & MS-Excel.
*Persuasion and convincing skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills / customer interaction.
*Should be able to work and co-ordinate in a Team.
