Required Qualification: - Any Graduate
Roles and Responsibilities:-
*Solving Customer queries.
*Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
*Maintaining quality standards.
*Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set.
*Generating Purchase orders and editing the same to suite internal/customer requirements.
*Managing and updating customer and client database.
Skill Set Required:-
-Fluency in English.
- Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills.
-Should have familiarity with Windows Operating System and desktop system.
-Good written and verbal communication skills/ multilingual skills.
-Should have keen eye for details
