HCL is hiring for Domestic Voice process.

Eligibility Criteria -

Experience: Fresher & experienced both can apply.

Qualification :  Any Graduate and post-graduates with atleast 6 months of customer service voice experience.
Salary - From 2LPA to 3 LPA (Based on you exp. & last drawn CTC)
Shifts - 24*7 (rotational shifts)

Females :shifts,last logout 12am
Working days - 5 days / Rotational week offs.
Job Location - Pune

Job Description:

i. Solving Customer banking related queries.
ii. Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
iii. Maintaining quality standards.
iv. Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers

v. Good command in verbal and written English.

vi. Excellent communication skills.

Walk - In Dates - 16-Aug-2018 to 18-Aug-2018 
Walk - In Time - 11 am - 4 pm
Walk - In Venue - HCL, Tower 7, level -0,magarpatta
