Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or IT would be ideal
Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering or equivalent
Essential Skills
• Lead Generation
• Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual target to maintain bottom-line and topline
• Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
• Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
• Demonstrates IT equipment/Software to highlight product benefits
• Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
• Account Mapping and Stakeholder Management
• Account mining and up selling
• Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
• Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
• Working with Overseas Clients will be a plus point
Good to Have
Knowledge of selling Oracle Products like Database, Middleware
Soft Skills – Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills, Computer literacy, Communication Skills
