Job Description: 
Experience with and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMPT), as well as networking fundamentals. Includes, but not limited to knowledge of DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering and Virus Protection. 
Knowledge of Active Directory
*Overall understanding of Networking concepts, DNS, Routing, DHCP, Firewall, load balancers and other networking hardwares.
*Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange server or other mail systems.
Knowledge of Exchange server
Working Experience on Windows Server
Should have an experience in AD Instalation
Basic understanding of Office 365
Should be aware how to create logical boundaries
Should be able to work on windows server and add members.
Should have knowledge of IP ranges
*Auto discover / Outlook connectivity / OWA / ActiveSync / Mailbox Store / MRM / Public folders / EWS / Free-Busy / Mail routing / SMTP relay / Recipient configuration / e-discovery/Discovery search Preferred.

Eligibility Criteria :
Undergraduate/ Graduate or 12+3 passed. B.E /B.Tech. MBA. MCA are eligible
fresher's & experienced (preferably into a troubleshooting profile(if experienced))
Excellent Communication Skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Ready to sign Service Agreement of 1 year

We need excellent knowledge on the below: 

Exchange: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Exchange Server , Cloud Computing, Windows Server 

MCP / MCSE will be an added value
