We have an urgent open position for Recruiter with Wipro BPS for Pune location.

Work Location- Hinjewadi / FC roadRole-HR Recruiter (Contract Hiring) Job Description -Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri.com, Times & Monster also through Reference and Network.Should be a graduate or post graduate.

Searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn.

Ability to recruit different categories of employees for all levels in the different stream.

Arranging for Interviews & Following Up on the same.

Database building, creating and maintaining required and relevant MIS

Preparing daily reports

Following up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keeping the respective departments informed of the same.

Flexibility of working on different platforms and good flare for learning new technologies

Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement.

Screening the Candidate based upon the

Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experienceHandling end-to-end recruitment.

Understand the Client Requirements.

Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.

Experienced or freshers both can apply
