We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative or similar role
Basic in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency appreciated)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, Customer service attitude also Professional attitude and appearance
Multitasking and time-management skills.
Salary - Rs.1,20,000/- per annum
To be decided as per work experience and skills
