Key Responsibilities Areas:
01. Responsible for receiving, considering and responding to all customer inquiries/query through email / call.
02. Handling customer concerns and customer Satisfaction index rating.
03. Handling and solving client complaints.
04. Taking required actions on customer feedback.
*Requirements :
*01. Candidate should possess good communication skill both verbal and written.
02. Knowledge of MS-Excel and Email
03. Should be proactive, soft spoken, detail oriented, tactful, calm, punctual and disciplined
04. Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.
