• Graduate from reputed University
• Minimum Exp- 1-2yrs (FEMALE only)
• Very Good communication skills and should be Active, polite with pleasing personality.
• Proactive/Initiative taker/Self Motivating Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of customer service, office management and basic booking procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
• Have a knowledge of marketing concepts
• Understand web analytics
• Have an overall understanding about the different areas of digital marketing
• One should be creative with ideas for marketing strategies & advertisement for the organisation.
• Managing bookings on all travel portals
• One should be flexible in participating in corporate meetings and other marketing events organised for the company.
• All arrangements for business Events, meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements for guests & foreign delegates.
