Hiring US IT Recruiters for : -

REQUIRED - US IT Recruiters (10 Positions)

Job Locations: Noida

Timings: Night shifts matching US East working hours.

Preference: Male candidates

Salary and Incentives: Best in industry with excellent Incentives.

Qualification: B.E, B.Tech, B.C.A, B.S.C-IT, MBA-IT

Experience : 6 months to 3 years(Only with US IT Recruitment Exp.)

 Skills Needed:

 •       Good Communication and written skill in English .

•        Command over spoken English.

•        Strong existing Relationship Management with Tier-1 Vendors

Recruiting candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals and other.

Strategies Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.

 

IT Technical Recruiters responsibilities:

1. Handle entire Recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, pre-screening and recruiting candidates through Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.), Networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.) and Third Party vendors.

2. Speak with candidates to qualify and evaluate their Technical and Communication skills as per the client needs.

3. Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally and negotiate rates on W2/1099/C2C basis.

4. Having close contacts with third party vendors and have access to their current available candidates.

5. Performing background screening and reference checking to mitigate fulfilment risks.

6. Updating candidates with the feedback and maintaining constant communication for future positions.

7. Scheduling interviews for candidates and co-ordinate with the client through the entire cycle.
