ü We are looking for candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well.
ü The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem.
ü A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired. The major skills and competencies that employers look for in a candidate are:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
*Order Processing and validation
*Assist in identification , validation , review and approval of customer support procedures.
*Documents problem and resolution accurately
*Escalates or hands off issues to other areas appropriately
*Follows established Procedures and process in resolving the issues
*Provides support to customers via Phone or E-mail
*Creation of Service Request (SR)
*Correctly identifying case categorization and severity definition
*Collection of relevant customer information
*Initial understanding of the incident upon call receipt
*Resolving issues based on information available.
Must have:-
* Excellent Spoken & Written English.
Skillset Required :
*Strong customer service skills.
*Good communication skills (Written & spoken).
*Candidates with Knowledge of blood managemnet would be preferable.
*Knowledge of resolving queries by Remote support.
*Good listening & probing skills.
*Good convincing skills.
