Fluency in English and Hindi. Multilingual fluency is an added advantage

Ability to sustain a conversation

Responsible for dealing with customer, broker & builder queries

Recording all queries in CRM software

Responsible for making & handling client over telephonic calls

Possess positive attitude & should be goal oriented

Should be courteous, professional and polite

Ability to deal with telephone queries in a professional manner.

The candidate should have good communication skills, ability to think on their feet, hard working, self-motivated and should be willing to work in a highly result oriented environment
