> Timing: 8.00pm to 5.00am
> Week Off: 6 off per month
> Salary: Upto 12K to 15K
> Education: 12th Pass, B.Tech & B.E. Graduates (Any stream) etc.
> Work Experience: Only fresher are eligible.

• Responsible for handling users emails & calls.
• Responsible for troubleshooting potential technical issues with the users.
• Responsible to manage the open tickets in queue & closure follow up in the CRM.
• Need to ensure adherence to process & deliver operational requirement.
• Good communication, Night shift process.
Skills Required:-
• Good command in verbal and written English (English Must).
• 12th Paas-out, B.Tech or B.E. graduate, freshers are eligible (Any stream).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good comprehension and correct grammar skills
• Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
