Day to day accounting of branch. 
Bank reconciliation and limit management with bank 
Preparing daily bank position
Prepare debtors and creditors outstanding
Reconciliation of debtors and creditors
Awareness about TDS and GST law
Daily collection report and Report Generation of all the Clients.
Must be having a core knowledge of Marg software and Tally software
