Sales Executives / Sales Manager – RFID / Smart Cards PLEXGRID Inc. The Role Sales Executives / Manager ( Males/ Females) - Smart Cards – Salary 2.5 - 8.5 Lacs

PLEXGRID a leading Indian Ecommerce, RFID / smart card company and is strategically expanding into the Indian, Middle East & Worldwide markets. As part of this they require a Sales Executive and Sales Manager to focus on growth and Customer Satisfaction. Experience in the Smart Card Industry (especially with RFID & Contactless Cards) is essential. Good knowledge of RFID Cards; a strong Sales background and ability to achieve targets month on month and new business development skills are advantageous. The candidate will be responsible for developing and handling customer relationships, so outstanding communication skills are vital. Key knowledge and clients contacts in Schools Corporate, Industries and Large societies are essential, opening exist Pan India. Requirements Experience in selling of plastic cards like Smart Cards & Smart Card based Application, Prepaid Phone Cards, ATM Cards, Membership Cards, Gift Cards, Employee ID cards, Discount Cards, Credit Cards, Contactless Cards, Contact type(Scosta)cards, Smart Card, biometric, Iris scanner, RFID tags etc based application such as Time Attendance / Access Control Systems, Loyalty Management System, Visitor Management System, Campus Management System, Library Management System, Asset Tracking System, Toll application, e-purse and many more. Knowledge of Smart Card Readers & Cards to system integration in India and provide customize solutions based on specific requirements, successfully implemented these solutions to all segments like Banking, Government, Corporate, PSUs etc.

JOB PROFILE ________________________________________ Achieve sales objectives for the entire line of security products, Smart cards and customized solution. Develop and manage key local & national accounts. Develop sales objectives, strategies, and promotions. Recruit, train, develop, and mentor national accounts and end users. Prospect to ensure that new customers are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis. Conduct sales training for national account sales and support employees Conduct sales seminars for national account dealers and end users Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and periodic sales reports Analysis of the reports and action preparation of action plan for the next month. Effective use of sales force automation tools to track sales opportunities. Close involvement in company promotional activities, including trade shows, road shows, product Seminars, sales meetings and product training. Contribute to the collection of market feedback and intelligence by working closely with engineering, marketing, product support and software teams Travel domestically as necessary to visit customers and participate in sales event.
