Job Objective/Key Responsibilities & Reporting:
Identify and Meet potential clients (Marketing Heads or Decision Makers).
Work out on media proposals for the clients based on their requirement.
Reporting directly to management or respective seniors.
New market developments.
Build a good Customer base in Order to Explore Opportunities to Cross sale & Upsale.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market and achievement of maximum growth in line with company vision and values.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in designated markets.
Excellent Communication skills; written and verbal.
MBA in Marketing/Advertisement or Sales
Ability to work in Challenging environment
Good team Member
Ability to work under pressure
Logical and Analytical approach to sales
Knowledge of Media Advertising related Products
Client centric approach
Should be relationship Oriented and should possess High Energy Levels
Preferred to be from Media background, Insurance, Banking & FMCG
Analytical Mind with Solution Providing Approach..
Salary : 200000 – 250000/- per anum including Mobile & Travel Exp.
Based on Experience Knowledge and determination to succeed earning starts from 12-50000 a month ( Not Guaranteed Though). Exceptional Performers earn more. We have worked out an innovative compensation structure and you will be given an Opportunity to earn over Rs.6 Lac per anum depending on achievement of Targets.We will be happy to show you the way.
