Job Description
Proactively and enthusiastically calling up customers and making a Sales pitch by explaining to them our freight forwarding, customs clearance and logistics related services.
Convincingly explaining to the customers the benefits of ABF Freights services
Discuss the customers responses and enquiries generated with the reporting manager and have a close follow up with such customers for conversion of enquiries to shipments
Answer customer queries professionally and coordinate with colleagues working in different departments to ensure customer satisfaction with the required information and support services
Maintaining relevant data and reports related to Sales and customers accounts.
Achieving target of 20 New Customers in a Month.
