Skills Required

Supervising Maintenance Of Books Of Accounts On Tally Or Other Applicable Software; Preparation Of Balance Sheet And Profit & Loss Account; Liaisoning With Auditors For Finalization Of Accounts.

Daily Involvement In Operations To Ensure And Effective Execution Of Account Activity.

Submission Of Statutory Returns.

Knowledge About Maintaining Debtors And Creditors List.

Knowledge About Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Order, Invoice Reconciliation.

Maintaining Day To Day Purchase, Sales, Cash Receivables, Bank Charges

Maintaining Payment & Receipt Book, Cash Flow, Fund Flow, Projected Fund Flow.

Knowledge About PF, PT, TDS Monthly, Quarterly And Yearly Filing.

GST, VAT, CST, TDS, Excise Computation & Return Filing, Knowledge About Internet Banking.

Compute Taxes Owed And Prepare Tax Returns, Ensuring Compliance With Payment, Reporting And Other Tax Requirements.

Co-Ordinating With Clients & Vendors For Receipt & Payments Respectively.

Domain Expertise In AP / AR / GL / R2R / P2P Should Be Familiar With The Basic Concepts Of Accounting.

We Require A Candidate Who Is Proficient In Accounting Concepts And Has Significant Knowledge As To The Workings. The Responsibility Will Be Heading The Accounts Department Of Our Group Company Which Will Require Travelling Occasionally. The Person Will Be The Senior Executive Of Our Accounts Department Which Consists Of 3 Members. The Candidate Should Have A Composite Knowledge Of Financial And Accounting Developments. The Candidate With Experience Will Be Preferred. The Duties Of The Candidate May Vary Due To Some Disruptions And He Should Be Amenable To Changes.
