Team Lead PHP in Lucknow

Desired Skill & Experience:

5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer

Prior experience in a technical leadership position

Technical degree in computer science / information technology or post graduate degree in  computer science.

Skills:

Proficient in PHP with latest versions & other open source technology,

Must have skills for E-commerce Magento, Joomla

In depth knowledge of any MVC(Codeignitor, Cakephp, Laravel etc). & CMS Like (Wordpress, Woocommrce, Prestashop, Opencart etc)

Experience in database development including MySQL

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, OOPS

Strong communication skills (verbal & written both)

Strong command on debugging & optimization

Job Responsibilities:

Provide regular update to technical head/ Project manager/ director etc.

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Regular checking of the code & ensure proper coding standard should be followed by developers

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and business applications.

Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.

Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
