Job description:

With Faith E-Commerce Services, Web Analyst is an entry level position in operation domain, where a candidate works in to voice and non voice processes for international clients.

There are variety of tasks which a Web Analyst performs e.g. web research, data processing, data analyzing, data filtering, data mining, Catalog management, website backend management, website optimization, Image processing and many others.

Job Requirements:

Technical skills:

. Good typing skills. Above 30 WPM

. Should have basic computer knowledge.

. Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, Adobe-Photoshop, HTML, MS-Excel will have an added advantage.

. Graduates/Under Graduate can apply. Fresher can also apply (BTech are not allowed).

Professional skills:

. Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely.

. Ability to collaborate with other members of the team.

. Good written and verbal communication skills.

. Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.

. Ability to understand client’s guidelines and requirements in order to determine rights needed.

. Analytical and planning abilities in order to process given task efficiently and flawlessly.
