Job Description
Maintenance of office records related to employees, customers and other compliance related data
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Working knowledge of Tally, although training can be provided for this
Responsible for written communication to clients and senior management, with good English skills – emails, reports, other documentation
Documentation of the HR recruitment process within the organization
Prior experience with record keeping / human resources department will be a plus
Can update legacy data where required (existing human resources data, accounting data via Tally)
Maintenance of the ledgers and registers as required
