Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for meeting team's sales target through effective planning and
micromanaging.
2. Ensure that Team follows processes and update the lead management and Deal
management system.
3. Manage Team's utilization and onsite activities
4. Increase sales by upselling and Cross-selling
5. Excellent business Planning skills
6. 4-5
years of Sales experience esp. with startups in B2C domain
7. Prior SALES experience in Legal industry will be a BIG PLUS
8. A Go getter
who is able to build rapport
with Client and Team
9. Responsible for personal and Team's Sales Target
