. Provide customer support to website visitors over the phone and email
· Use consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decisions and up-sell
· Establish relationships with new and returning customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing offered packages
· Develop expertise regarding products available for purchase
· Achieve objectives related to monthly sales revenue, customer satisfaction and additional metrics as provided
· Provide exceptional Customer Service for E-Startup India Marketplace customers
