We are hiring for the Business profile for Mohali location.

Requirements for Business Development Manager (Pre-Sales):
Candidate must have 4 to 7 years of experience in Business Development with an IT Company.
Excellent expertise in Sales for the projects as IT Services, Web and software Services, Website designing, PHP Development, iPhone and Android mobile application etc. to clients.
Candidates should have experience of generating business from online Portals, Linkedin, Social Media, etc.
Responsible for Pre-sales and Bid Management activities.
Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow up, proposal writing.
Responsible for costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering.
Excellence in handling international clients.
Must have experience of team handling.
Leadership skills, pro-active, persuasive orientation.
Self-driven and willing to take initiatives.
