ï‚· Preparation of summary of these scheme in pre-defined structure
ï‚· Writing eligibility rules for schemes wherever applicable
ï‚· Identifying good practices in delivery of services in both Government & Public Sector
ï‚· Preparing process maps for services
ï‚· Budgetary analysis of scheme and sector
ï‚· Writing blogs and preparing presentation/ reports on findings
ï‚· Designing survey for assessing the demand/ response of citizen
