Lead Project Delivery

Responsibilities: 

- Ensure on-time deliveries; 

- Product Architecture and Planning 

- Oversee the product life cycle of multiple tasks from initiation, testing to production; 

- Identify gaps and implement management processes to improve the productivity; 

- Analyze project related problems and suggest innovative solutions; 

- Ensure all documentation including design document, change requests and release notes are maintained; 

- Ensure all releases are planned, tested and on time; 

Requirements : 

- At least 7 years- experience in software development including 2 years- experience responsible for project delivery; 

- Exposure to Java, E-R, MySQL 

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; 

- Passionate about R&D, new tools, and technologies; 

- Good understanding of various design patterns and its applicability in actual scenarios; 

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; 

- Excellent leadership in managing and motivating staff including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments; 

Important personality traits : 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as a team; 

- Self Starter, Self Managed, and Quick Learner; 

- Able to perform under pressure; 

- Mature and Sincere.
