Role : Recruitment Specialist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, Professional sites, Social Networking, Employee References and Self-Data Bank.
Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
Co-ordinate with Candidates & Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups ; Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
Ability to handle multiple technical positions with applying different strategies to close different positions.
Good to have: In-house and consultancy side recruiting experience
Self-Motivated & High on responsibility and ownership
Keen & Willing to learn new strategies & ideas.
Flexible and open to challenge his / her own ability to deliver under pressure.
Strong Eye for Detail.
Excellent communication skills
