Junior Content Writer Job in Mumbai

Our client, is looking for 3 x Jr. Content Writers to join them in a busy and growing phase of their businesses. 

If you are a fresh graduate who is looking to get into creative writing, this role might be just right for you. 

Typical tasks will include but not limited to: 
Creating original copy, meta descriptions, and title tags to fit a website’s information architecture structure and brand voice. 

Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones 

Brainstorm ideas, content and concepts with creative directors, art directors, designers and strategists 

A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online 
Great research, organizational, and learning skills 

Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices 

Come up with new forms of content, i.e. quiz, listicles, puzzles, etc. 


Required Skills & Qualifications: 
● Impeccable spelling and grammar 
● Ability to organize and self-direct to get things done 
● Self-motivating and driven by success 
● Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, journalism, digital marketing, or related field 
● Ability to write creative, concise, smart, and SEO-friendly copy 
● A fundamental understanding of how to write for the web with communication skills effective for various audiences 
● Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking and working with deadlines 

Extra brownie points if you: 
● Have the ability to leave your comfort zone in order to grow and learn 
● Wear both an analytical and creative hats when approaching client problems
