Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously In An Organized Way - Lead Generation, Pitching, Explaining Products, Sending Proposals and Fixing Appointments, Keeping Track Of All Leads, Convincing Leads, Leads Can Be Anywhere In India.
Working On A Daily Target Of Fixing Appointments With Clients For Different Team Members.
Candidate Profile
Candidates having 1-2 years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Executives for Real Estate firm will be preferred.
Should be responsible and a good team player.
Candidate having computer knowledge - MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Present and explain project details to prospective clients visiting office/Site
New and existing client follow up for project details and documentation,
Record keeping ,Attending calls of Customers.
Coordinate with team for sales related queries.
Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of spoken and written English.
Believe in the philosophy of patience and hard work for achieving success.
The candidate must have a strong desire to grow fast.
He must be willing to handle more responsibilities and get promoted fast.
