 Qualification – Candidates should possess Full time B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in – Civil / Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic Electronics &Communication Engg/Instrumentation /Chemical. from recognized University/ Institute

 Experience –Fresher’s and experienced both can apply

 Selection Process: –Candidates will be selected based on Written Test/ Interview.

 Compensation Package: –The Corporation offers a very attractive pay package and is one of the best in the Industry. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 20900-24500* during the one-year training period. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Engineer. The approximate CTC per annum are as follows:

During Training Rs. 4.8 lakhs/Annum

After Training Rs. 9.6 lakhs/Annum

* (mentioned are subject to modification/ revision. The CTC on regularization includes performance related pay and shall also vary depending on location of posting and other terms and conditions of appointment

On regularization, the Compensation package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company 

Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, PF, Gratuity, Pension & Leave encashment, Group Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance etc.)
