Business Development Executive | New Delhi
As a Business Development Executive, candidate will be
responsible for overseeing the sales operation of our company in Dwarka, New Delhi Region.
Typically, this positions specific responsibilities will include:
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Pitch to new clients and bring new business.
Maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products.
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
Allocating areas to sales representatives.
Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Planning and preparing presentations.
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be expected to already have relevant sales and management skills.
To be a Business Development Executive, you will need to have:
1 to 3 years’ experience with Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Good business sense
The ability to motivate and lead a team
Initiative and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and 'people skills'
Good planning and organizational skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Good IT, budget and report writing skills
Excellent written & Verbal English Communication Skills
