Valuation executive

Responsibilities: • Required to conduct valuation of properties for our clients • The job predominantly involves site inspection, report drafting, conducting inquiries about property from local property dealers and relevant govt authorities • Liasoning with clients and relevant parties

Requirements: • Candidate should be atleast a graduate. • Diploma in Civil shall be preferable • Minimum 2 years experience( freshers with good knowledge and confidence are also welcome) • Training will be provided to candidates without experience • Good communication skills and good working knowledge of MS excel • Must possess own transportation
