1# Responsible for Client Management :-
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contacts and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
Effective co-ordination with client on scheduling & updates
2# Responsible for Candidate Management:-
Handling end to end recruitment for Blue Color profiles i.e. ITI Technicians, Operators, Delivery Executives, Sales Executives, Customer Care Executives and Retail Executives.
3# Get JOB DESCRIPTIONS from the client & coordinate for Lineup / Interviews .
4# Search Resumes based on requirement using internal database or from field or headhunt from competitors.
5# Responsible for Mass Hiring or Bulk Hiring or Volume hiring recruitment as per the revenue targets assigned .
6# Turnaround time should be strictly adhered.
7# Proper co-ordination between client & the candidate & ensure to get timely feedback.
8# Candidate Management- Create a database of candidates .
9# Willing to handle challenging positions & deliver as per the Turn Around .
10# Responsible for raising the sourcing invoice & collect the revenue against all sourced and recruited candidates .
