RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive URNs aggressively and ensure achievement of targets month on month
2.Signing up travel agents across the region into the affiliate program
3. Responsible for building and sustaining travel agent base for distribution expansion for the region
4. Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with region
5. Individually responsible for contributing towards meeting the assigned targets
6. Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones
7. Suggest and inculcate loyalty/incentive programs & marketing activities in the region in order to ensure revenue growth
8. Demand forecasting and analysis, drive sales statically keeping in view of competitive analysis
9. Responsible for ensuring timely collections from partners in coordination with finance
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. 0-4 years of field sales experience
2. Focused and possess sales mindset
3. Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
4. Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
5. Demonstrates high ethical values.
